At our Sky Nursing Academy, we treat each other respectfully and appreciatively as equals. This shapes our communication with cooperation partners, the participants of a training and further education and the team of the SKY Pflegeakademie.
Understanding Teaching and Learning.
The path of training to become a state-certified geriatric nurse and, since 2020, the generalist training to become a nursing specialist and/or lifelong continuing education is our goal.
We, the team of the SKY Nursing Academy, accompany our participants on this path. We plan and carry out the theoretical training with highly qualified and motivated professionals and support our participants with empathy and evidence-based knowledge during the three years of training, but also afterwards.
We live a transparent, goal-oriented and motivating training design.
Our teaching offer is the qualitative, high-quality implementation of specifications and tailored to the needs and diversity of our participants*.
We meet the constant changes and requirements in the heterogeneous nursing landscape with the targeted (further) development of professional action competence, based on technical, social, personal and methodological competence.
Social responsibility and cooperation with other institutions.
We maintain open and constructive communication with each other. We consider the exchange of information within the teaching team, vis-à-vis our trainees and our cooperation partners in the care institutions as a matter of course.
We treat each other with mutual respect and appreciation. With the help of our pedagogical profession we achieve a significant contribution to the development of quality in care as well as to lifelong learning.
Our central task is to integrate people into the training and labor market. Our goal is to provide people with a sustainable professional existence and thereby anchor them in society.
