With its domestic vocational training centers at currently 27 locations in 4 federal states, GfM takes care of people from Germany who are prepared for a job through qualification.
More than 10 industries are covered, and approximately 2,000 companies are currently supplied. Over 4,000 people are currently taking part in qualifications and projects. Communication currently takes place in over 15 languages.
We are specialized in international recruitment.
The HR Arena offers a unique combination of HR service and induction.
Internationally, we take the initiative in recruiting young people, we teach German language skills and provide support for integration in the workplace and in the new place of residence.
We are specialized for training in nursing.
One specific industry is geriatric care. This occupational field is regulated by the state. The qualification therefore takes place at a state-recognized vocational school according to the current concept of generalism. The group company is called Sky Nursing Academy.
The part of the company is the school education and the coordination of the theoretical and practical training contents as well as the further education in health professions with the main focus on the care of the elderly.

The GfM Group was awarded the title “Employer of the Future”. The DIND (German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization), under the patron Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics, will present the GfM Group with the “Employer of the Future” award on September 6, 2023 in Essen.
Demography Award of the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
For our successful project “International Vocational Training Boarding School in Saxony-Anhalt”, GfM GmbH & Co. KG was awarded first place in the Demography Prize of the State of Saxony-Anhalt 2020 in the category Building: Promoting young talent & securing skilled workers. We are very pleased about this award and take this as a confirmation of the work.

Our Sky Nursing Academy in Sangerhausen is a Courage School.
Since 09 December 2022 we are part of the network School without Racism – “School with Courage”. We live integration. Racism and discrimination have no place in our society.
